This is a simple recipe and one we do a lot because it is fast. Everybody makes these a little different, we like to mix it up too but this is the recipe we use most of the time.
2 Tbs. olive oil
3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 sweet red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 sweet yellow or orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 sweet green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 (1.25 oz) pkt. McCormick fajita seasoning
8 flour tortillas, warmed
In a large skillet add oil, chicken breasts, bell peppers and seasoning over high heat until chicken cooked through and peppers have softened. Serve hot with warm tortillas, sour cream, shredded cheese and tomatoes.
